Aquent is partnering with a leading global company in the beauty and retail industry to find an experienced Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major finance systems transformation, improve financial planning and reporting processes, and help drive the successful implementation of critical enterprise technologies.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on finance systems professional with deep Anaplan expertise and SAP experience to support financial transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge financial planning, reporting, and enterprise systems, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuity as the organization implements new processes and technologies.

The ideal candidate is a certified Anaplan Model Builder who is comfortable developing financial models, supporting ERP implementations, conducting functional testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how a large, complex finance organization operates.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and dashboards in Anaplan to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with finance and technology teams during an SAP ERP implementation, helping connect financial planning and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement Anaplan solutions that support business continuity and facilitate the transition between existing and future-state systems.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams on special projects, reporting needs, and ad hoc requests.
• Support Anaplan testing activities, track progress, identify issues, and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Conduct functional testing of SAP capabilities related to financial reporting and systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate system enhancements, process changes, and implementation updates to finance stakeholders to support successful adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and strengthen integration across finance systems.

What You'll Bring

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (required).
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems, including financial processes, reporting, or systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems integration, or related initiatives.
• Ability to perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate financial system functionality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and technology teams.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation projects and managing competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in finance-related implementations or system transitions.
• Experience connecting Anaplan planning models with enterprise financial reporting systems.
• Background supporting financial reporting and consolidation teams during major systems transformations.
• Experience with change management, user acceptance testing, or finance systems adoption.
