What You'll Do:

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW) within the EAM/PM, SM, and PS modules.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Design and implement custom functionalities, user exits, and enhancements to optimize SAP system performance and align with strategic business objectives.
• Perform complex debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of ABAP programs to ensure reliability, stability, and optimal system performance.
• Provide valuable technical guidance and mentoring to peers, actively fostering knowledge sharing and promoting best practices within the team.
• Stay current with the latest SAP ABAP technologies, tools, and trends, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance system capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and other technical teams, to deliver high-quality SAP solutions on time and within budget.
• Lead the resolution of production support issues, applying technical expertise to troubleshoot and determine necessary changes across process, development/ABAP, security, or configuration.
• Participate in blueprinting and project design sessions to understand business requirements and validate process approaches.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP technical concepts/technologies, SAP releases, and patches, including the application of OSS notes.
• Champion an environment of operational excellence and innovation, encouraging new process and technology development to improve systems and workforce productivity.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis during non-business hours for emergency issues, ensuring continuous system availability.
• Execute all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and IT team members.
• Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to co-workers on SAP EAM/PM related components.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, specifically within the PM, SM, and PS modules.
• Proven experience with the maintenance of the SAP technical infrastructure within ECC.
• Demonstrated expertise in using SAP web and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP with external applications, including web applications.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including RICEFW development.
• Experience working with other SAP ABAP and configuration groups such as SAP-CCS, SAP-MM, SAP-FI, and SAP-BW.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and end-users.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical guidance and documentation.
