Description UNC Family Medicine at North Raleigh has a need for a full-time Family Medicine Physician. UNC Family Medicine at North Raleigh offers a broad scope of healthcare services for patients of all ages. We are dedicated to offering high-quality family medicine with timely, personalized service. We are a full-service medical practice supporting the entire family. Services Include:
- Adolescent health
- Immunizations
- Nutrition counseling
- Physicals for employment, insurance, school, and sports
- Preventative care
- Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Screening tests
- Sick care
- Sports medicine
- Women's health
- Well-child checks
- Video visits for established patients
Clinic Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Qualifications:
- Medical School Graduate (MD/DO)
- Board certified pediatrics required
- NC State License preferred
- 1-plus year of experience preferred
- Must be eligible for credentialing

Education Requirements:
* Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* None required.
* DEA;ACLS;MD
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.REASONING ABILITYHigh-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNorth Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
