Now Hiring Mechanical Field Engineer Location: Georgetown, KY Pay Rate: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour Take the lead on high-impact industrial construction and mechanical systems projects. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Field Engineer to oversee equipment installation, commissioning, construction coordination, and mechanical system compliance within a manufacturing environment. Job Duties Lead mechanical equipment startup, commissioning, and handoff activities. Review engineering drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contractor RFIs. Coordinate equipment testing, delivery, installation, and scheduling. Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and code compliance. Serve as a liaison between field construction teams and project management. Support scheduling, utility outages, shutdown work, and contractor coordination. Manage field change orders, RFIs, and construction documentation. Prepare project status reports and provide technical recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of industrial or commercial construction experience. 5+ years of mechanical design experience. OSHA 10 certification required. Experience within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction methods. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Project. Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
