What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models and dashboards in Anaplan to empower planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with finance and technology teams during a significant SAP ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration and connectivity between financial planning and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement robust Anaplan solutions that ensure business continuity and facilitate a smooth transition between existing and future-state financial systems.
• Partner with Financial Reporting and Consolidation teams on high-impact special projects, critical reporting needs, and ad hoc requests.
• Lead Anaplan testing activities, meticulously tracking progress, proactively identifying issues, and communicating potential delays to key stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough functional testing of SAP capabilities related to financial reporting and systems, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Clearly communicate system enhancements, process changes, and implementation updates to finance stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and understanding.
• Proactively identify and champion opportunities to streamline financial processes, significantly improve reporting efficiency, and strengthen integration across all finance systems.

What You'll Bring

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (required).
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial models and dashboards in Anaplan.
• Extensive experience working with SAP ERP systems, including financial processes, reporting, or systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, systems integration, or related projects.
• Ability to perform detailed functional testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and validate financial system functionality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse finance and technology teams.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation projects and adeptly managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on process improvement, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in finance-related implementations or system transitions.
• Proven experience connecting Anaplan planning models with enterprise financial reporting systems.
• A background supporting financial reporting and consolidation teams during major systems transformations.
• Experience with change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), or finance systems adoption initiatives.
