Aquent, a leading talent solutions partner, is thrilled to collaborate with a pioneering organization at the forefront of its industry. This company is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to driving significant impact globally. We are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing their operational efficiency and partner engagement.

About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape the efficiency and success of critical business operations. As an Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of streamlining contract processes, empowering sales teams, and ensuring seamless partner interactions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational prowess and problem-solving skills to make a tangible impact on high-volume, global initiatives. You'll contribute to a robust operational framework, ensuring that key commercial agreements are managed with precision and strategic insight, directly influencing the company's ability to scale and innovate.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, review, and process both standard and non-standard commercial agreements within internal systems, ensuring readiness for internal review and approval.
  • Act as a key resource for partner managers, clarifying requirements, answering process questions, and preparing contracts for approval.
  • Apply commercial terms and rate cards to agreements, developing pricing and fee scenarios using standard tools and templates, collaborating with cross-functional teams for review.
  • Support sales teams with deal-related inquiries, explaining approval levels, processes, and discount mechanisms, and preparing deal requests for internal approval.
  • Manage and resolve a queue of cases and escalations from account managers regarding deals, contracts, and the contracting process, adhering to agreed service levels.
  • Investigate and resolve partner inquiries about contracts, providing clear and accurate information to support teams for onward communication.
  • Meticulously track the progress of cases, deals, and contracts, maintaining accurate and audit-ready data (including legal entities, products, dates, and terms), and proactively flagging potential risks to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, including support and vendor teams, to address issues and ensure continuous workflow, routing legal questions with comprehensive context to the appropriate team.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and actively contribute to process improvements, template enhancements, workflow optimizations, and the development of helpful content.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in contract management, deal desk, sales operations, ad operations, or customer or partner support.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying commercial contract terms and pricing, such as rate cards, discounts, fees, term, renewal, and termination clauses.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve support cases or escalations for internal or external customers.
  • Strong case handling skills, including managing a queue of cases through to resolution, maintaining up-to-date records, and consistently meeting service level agreements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with an ad serving or monetization platform.
  • Familiarity with case management, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), deal, or contract management systems.
  • Experience providing support to sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking work and information retrieval.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and automation initiatives.
