Put your technical skills to work supporting the buildings that serve our community. The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair duties.
This position involves all facets of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building repair, painting, and cleaning. If you enjoy hands-on work and the variety of maintaining different building systems, consider this opportunity.
Qualifications: Experience in hydraulics, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, is required.
Salary Range: $50,195 to $72,520, with excellent benefits.
