Remote Contracts Administrator Location: Remote (Lorton, VA area preferred) Pay Rate: Starting at $45/hour (flexible based on experience) Position Type: Temporary Contract (3-4 Months) Keep Critical Government Contracts Moving Forward Looking for a short-term opportunity where your government contracting expertise can make an immediate impact? We're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a busy program team during a temporary leave coverage assignment. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage complex federal contracts, collaborate with program leadership, and contribute to high-visibility government programs. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts through the full lifecycle, from award through closeout Prepare, review, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents Administer federal, commercial, and international contracts and purchase orders Support program leaders by ensuring compliance with contract requirements Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, and contract flow-down requirements Review RFPs, identify contractual risks, and provide recommendations Handle multiple contracts and contract modifications simultaneously Communicate contractual issues and develop practical solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of government contracts administration experience Experience supporting T&M, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost-Reimbursable contracts Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations Experience negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organization, communication, and time management abilities Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're a detail-oriented contracts professional with government contracting experience and are ready to make an immediate impact in a fully remote role, we want to hear from you.
