This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving. Home every night, weekly pay, and a route you can count on. What You'll Do Safely operate a yard hostler/yard goat to move and position trailers throughout the facility. Shuttle trailers between dock doors, staging areas, and designated parking spaces. Safely couple and uncouple trailers, including connecting and disconnecting air lines. Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Follow yard safety procedures and dispatch instructions. Communicate with yard personnel regarding trailer movements. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Driving Requirements At least 6 months of verifiable yard hostling experience within the past 3 years Experience operating a yard goat or similar equipment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong backing and trailer maneuvering skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
