What You'll Do:

• Provide critical operational support for analytics solutions, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and seamless accessibility for stakeholders.
• Drive the evolution of reporting by maintaining and enhancing vital dashboards (including Tableau and Power BI), data pipelines, and automated workflows.
• Sustain data accuracy through rigorous data validation, quality assurance checks, and proactive production support activities.
• Contribute to robust data infrastructure by managing database permissions, service account integrations, and user access requests.
• Act as a problem-solving champion, efficiently troubleshooting reporting anomalies and providing clear, concise solutions to complex stakeholder inquiries.
• Be at the forefront of innovation, contributing significantly to strategic migration and modernization initiatives that elevate our analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate proactively with analysts and business leaders, translating their needs into tailored, impactful reporting solutions that drive understanding and action.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, perform joins, aggregations, and data validation.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytics work.
• Proven experience developing compelling reports, interactive dashboards, and extracting data-driven insights that inform strategy.
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence/reporting platform.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation, in-depth analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering precise business requirements and collaborating directly with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in validating, reconciling, and effectively troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• BigQuery experience.
• Skills in Python or other automation tools.
• Background in operational, technology, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience with executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Experience working with large-scale data sets and understanding their complexities.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and metric definitions.
