Our team values professionalism, empathy, and top-tier customer service. Responsibilities: Perform preliminary vision tests and diagnostic screenings. Obtain patient medical histories and update electronic health records . Prepare patients and examination rooms for eye exams. Operate and maintain ophthalmic testing equipment. Assist the optometrist with patient care and examinations. Educate patients on basic eye care and contact lens procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinical environment. Support scheduling, patient communication, and daily clinic operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in an optometry or healthcare setting is helpful but not required. We are willing to train. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR and POS systems.
