The Assistant Property Manager may be required to travel to other facilities to provide support during staff shortages, high-demand periods, or special projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and generate sales leads over the phone as well as walk-in customers.
• Recommending unit sizes and services based on customers' needs.
• Communicating leasing process to customers.
• Making customer calls regarding their account, collections, and other items, documenting notes on the computer system.
• Conducts daily physical storage unit inspection, confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent.
• Managing, auditing, and balancing cash drawer, preparing and making daily deposits.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and picking up trash and wiping windows to ensure a great customer experience.
• Traveling to other properties to provide support as needed for efficient business operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This position requires at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook and internet browsers, are required. This role also requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills and incumbents should be energetic, outgoing, and committed to delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, clearing debris, minor door adjustments, and basic cleaning. Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while supporting company goals are essential. Flexibility to travel to other locations to provide operational support is also necessary.
