Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Floor Lead to oversee daily floor operations, support our warehouse team, and ensure accurate, safe, and timely inbound and outbound logistics. In this role, you will act as the bridge between frontline warehouse staff and Upper Management, keeping workflows organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Line Oversight: Direct daily floor activities to ensure production schedules and output targets are met without delay.
* Inventory & Administration: Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and order necessary supplies.
* Team Guidance: Delegate work assignments, provide on-the-job training, and mentor new or existing personnel.
* Quality Control: Enforce standardized operating procedures and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
* Quality & Safety: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety regulations.
* Troubleshooting: Identify equipment or workflow snags quickly and coordinate with maintenance or Upper Management for fixes.
* Reporting: Track daily output metrics, inventory flow, and attendance or break coverage.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey instructions and relay information both upward and downward.
* Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet tight operational deadlines under pressure. Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory software, and basic office applications. Barcode scanners, and basic spreadsheet/data entry tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving under pressure, delegation, and conflict-resolution abilities. The ability to make quick informed decisions and adapt to unexpected workplace challenges. Address employee grievance and solve day-to-day operational problems.
* Hands-on Execution: Pitch in with actual production work alongside the team rather than only managing from a distance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement, combined with 1 to 3 years of hands-on manufacturing or logistics experience.
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
* Computer Skills: Microsoft suite.
* Equipment Skills: Certified proficiency in operating material-handling equipment such as sit-down forklifts, and pallet jack.

* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts and frequently lift or move up to 40-50 pounds.

* Must have schedule flexibility.
* Must work well with daily changes.
