About the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre's premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; and three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio-covered Arcade Terrace, and outdoor Rooftop Terrace. Open only during public events at the Fox Theatre, the Marquee Club offers a premium pre-show through post-show experience with benefits including early entry, private restrooms, 2 alcoholic beverages per event, pre-show food, onsite activations during select events, and more. TheFox Theatre is looking for an energetic, personable, and experienced Private Events Bartender who knows that exceptional bartending is about more than what goes into the glass. It is about creating an experience. From intimate gatherings to larger special events, you will help create memorable moments for our guests while working inside one of Atlanta's most iconic venues. What You'll Do As a Bartender, you will combine great hospitality with efficient, professional beverage service. You'll: Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Fox Theatre standards. Use your knowledge of cocktails, drink recipes, wine, and spirits to confidently serve our guests. Assist guests with selections and recommend or upsell items when appropriate. Work both large and small events with minimal supervision while also being a great team player. Maintain bar inventories at the beginning and end of each shift. Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service, including floors, shelves, taps, coolers, and storage areas. Use proper equipment and ingredients while preparing beverages and food. Attend required training on product knowledge and service standards. Help ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and create an experience that keeps guests coming back. Pitch in with other duties as needed What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and engaging. You genuinely enjoy interacting with guests. Energetic. You bring a positive attitude even when the bar gets busy. Efficient and observant. You notice what guests and your team need and keep things moving. Knowledgeable. You are comfortable with drink recipes, wine, spirits, and beverage service. Organized. You can balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service. A team player. You work well with others but can also handle your responsibilities with minimal supervision. A strong communicator and problem solver. Experience We're Looking For 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment and/or equivalent relevant experience. Ability to provide professional, efficient, and welcoming guest service. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. TIPS certification is preferred. Working at the Fox Events don't always happen Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, and that's part of what makes this role exciting! You must be able to work aflexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs. The position may also involve exposure to changing temperatures, noise, and other conditions associated with a busy event environment. You must also be able to: Lift up to 50 pounds.
