Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will serve as the primary business partner for supplier social responsibility insights within McKinsey's procurement and third-party engagement function.
You will be responsible for translating supplier data into actionable insights that strengthen responsible sourcing, human rights due diligence, supplier engagement, and regulatory reporting.
Working closely with Procurement, Data Insights, Environmental Sustainability, Third Party Risk, Compliance, and Legal, you will help operationalize our Sustainable Procurement Strategy, including its integration into supplier selection, onboarding, and ongoing management.
Through data-driven analysis and reporting, this role will help procurement leaders identify emerging risks, improve supplier performance, make informed sourcing decisions, and maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory and customer sustainability requirements.
A key responsibility will be advancing the organization's human rights and responsible sourcing strategy. This includes assessing adherence to the Third-Party Code of Conduct, prioritizing engagement based on risk, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role will also support sustainability disclosures, customer requests, and regulatory reporting, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and incorporating evolving requirements and best practices into program processes.
Collaboration with procurement category teams and suppliers will be central to integrating sustainability and inclusive procurement into sourcing decisions. You will engage with category leads to address supplier risks, monitor progress, and provide guidance on responsible sourcing requirements. Responsibilities also include preparing leadership and training materials, coordinating supplier due diligence and communications, monitoring engagement and data quality, and supporting supplier education and improvement initiatives.
In partnership with Business Insights, you will help develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to track sustainability KPIs and inform procurement decisions. Leveraging supplier ratings, predictive analytics, and data visualization, the role will identify emerging risks and opportunities to improve supplier performance. You will also support the adoption of AI-powered analytics, reporting automation, and digital procurement technologies to strengthen supplier risk monitoring and sustainability reporting.

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
