Description Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023, making it an excellent place to work! The team at Fairway Pines is creative, fun, and most importantly help our residents Age Magnificently! Shifts Available: Part Time NOC (10pm-6am) every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22, Depending on experience CNA Wage: $19-$24, Depending on experience Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/ $2 for NOC's Are you compassionate towards others? Position Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
