Phlebotomist I Duration: 3 Months Location: 3851 4th St North, St. Petersburg, FL 33703 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Job Description Position Summary The Phlebotomist I supports laboratory operations by performing blood collection and other assigned duties. The role involves working in a LabCorp at Walgreens location, collecting specimens from patients of all ages, and supporting daily workflow in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Perform blood draws and assist with specimen collection procedures. Collect blood samples from patients across all age groups. Support daily phlebotomy operations, with an average of 30-40 draws per day. Follow established procedures while performing assigned duties. Assist with troubleshooting and recommend improvements to workflow. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily laboratory operations. Complete initial training of at least one week. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Hands-on phlebotomy and blood-drawing experience. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload involving approximately 30-40 draws daily. Comfort working with patients of all ages. Ability to stand for most of the workday. Position is offered by a no fee agency.
