This freelance opportunity, estimated at 10-15 hours per week with potential to scale during high-priority initiatives, offers the chance to collaborate closely with marketing leadership and subject matter experts, turning raw ideas into polished, on-brand content that positions the organization as a trusted industry authority.

What You'll Do

As the architect of the brand's digital voice, you will craft authentic, engaging content that supports corporate communications, marketing initiatives, and sales objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to distill complex topics into highly accessible, audience-focused narratives.

• Develop and refine engaging social media posts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand voice.
• Transform rough drafts, brainstorms, and raw materials into concise, polished social media content, short-form newsletters, and other vital marketing assets.
• Elevate content provided by internal teams and subject matter experts, ensuring clarity, consistency, professionalism, and an authentic human tone.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather crucial insights, clarify complex topics, and translate them into compelling, audience-focused content.
• Support the creation of corporate newsletters and specialized LinkedIn newsletter content, organizing information into cohesive themes.
• Identify key takeaways and develop central messages that strategically support sales initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, and overall brand awareness.
• Organize and develop content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Reddit, to engage professional audiences and establish internal experts as industry leaders.
• Maintain a consistent corporate voice across all digital touchpoints, ensuring all messaging adheres to established brand standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, content marketing, editorial writing, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated understanding of LinkedIn content best practices and strategies for engaging professional audiences.
• Ability to synthesize unstructured information and rough drafts into concise, compelling, and impactful messaging.
• Strong judgment in identifying key themes, organizing complex information, and communicating challenging topics with clarity.
• Adeptness at adapting writing style to align with corporate brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and diverse target audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with Bluesky, Reddit, and other emerging social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design or Canva experience.
