This role manages the design and production of standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions to support business decision-making. It involves gathering and documenting report requirements, writing specifications, and using reporting tools to create and modify reports based on evolving needs. The role includes validating and testing reports to ensure accuracy and quality while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes. Success is measured by the timely delivery of accurate reports that meet business requirements and provide actionable insights to leadership. The work impacts organizational performance by enabling data-driven decisions and supporting strategic and tactical objectives through effective reporting and analytics. Gather and integrate complex data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights Prioritize and drive new reporting requirements to completion by assessing business needs and coordinating cross-functional efforts Identify and communicate key insights from reports and analyses to inform leadership decisions Proactively enhance reporting and analytics processes through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement Conduct complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject-matter expert Provide guidance and support to junior employees or act as a team lead to facilitate knowledge sharing and project execution Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education Level Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Information Management or related field Experience 4-7 years of Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages. Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $102,695 - $205,390 National Base Pay Range: $89,300 - $178,600 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
