Our family-owned and operated dealership is seeking an experienced A-level Automotive Technician to join our service department. If you have advanced skills in engine, transmission, electrical, and driveline diagnostics and repair, wed love to hear from you.

Experienced A-level and master automotive technicians have the potential to earn 130,000165,000+ annually through flat-rate pay and performance incentives. Compensation varies based on experience, productivity, and performance.

We also provide a $2,600 annual tool allowance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and driveline components.
• Perform suspension and steering repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair emissions systems and electronic engine controls.
• Complete engine overhauls and related component repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet equipment, including refrigerated units and lift gates.
• Complete repairs efficiently while meeting dealership quality and service standards.
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• A-level automotive technician skills, including advanced diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and driveline components.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized technical training.
• Proficiency in the safe and proper use of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to follow dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team.
