Now Hiring: Digital Marketer

The Vicus Capital Marketing team is looking to hire a Digital Marketer.  This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for enhancing brand awareness through engaging online experiences with key target audiences.  The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills along with keen knowledge and understanding of effective website and social media marketing strategies.

Location: State College, PA (in-office position)

What Youll Be Doing

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and evolve digital marketing strategy for both Vicus Capital and our partner financial advisors
• Coordination and execution of online brand awareness campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Collaborate with the Advisor Engagement and Business Development teams to align campaigns with firm and advisor priorities
• Conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for online tools and campaigns; use reporting capabilities to inform future decision making
• Website optimization for SEO, AEO, and GEO
• Research market trends and A/B testing
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars for both corporate and financial advisor stakeholders

What You Bring

• A self-starter with a high degree of professionalism
• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent professional experience
• Basic knowledge of the below is preferred:
• Word Press
• SEO, AEO, and GEO
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Frontend/backend web development language(s) such as Java Script, HTML/CSS, Python, etc.
• Google Analytics
• Chat GPT, AI Agents
• Paid digital advertising
• Willingness to learn new skills and apply them within the wealth planning and investment management industry
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects while keeping to assigned deadlines
