Join a leading team in Theodore, AL as a Laboratory Technician supporting quality control and production testing in a fast-paced industrial environment. Location: Theodore, AL Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension What you'll do: Perform testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments, including GC, titrators, spectrophotometers, and more Record and maintain accurate test data and reports Collect production samples and prepare standards/reagents Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment Support shipping, labeling, and general laboratory operations What we're looking for: Laboratory or quality control experience in an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environment Experience working with analytical testing equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work a 3-2-3 rotating day shift (4:30 AM - 4:30 PM, no nights) About Us Advantage Technical connects top- talent in technology, engineering, and technical fields with forward-looking companies.
