Serve as the executive owner of the Retail account, responsible for customer relationship management, account growth, strategic alignment, governance oversight, delivery assurance, and financial performance. The Client Partner acts as the primary interface between Customer executive leadership and TCS leadership, ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving business expansion and innovation

Qualifications:

15+ Years of experience stakeholder management - CXO, SVP level, delivery track record, Thought leadership, transformation

Retail Industry experience

Deep understanding of retail applications and platforms

Proven track record of sales and delivery

Salary Range: 151900-231400 a year
