Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software. Provide technical assistance and training to end-users, answering questions and resolving problems. Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems and software. Maintain detailed records of service visits, issues resolved, and procedures. Collaborate with other team members, including Service Desk, Network teams, and third-party vendors.
