Job Description Adobe Workfront Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills An experienced Adobe Workfront contractor to lead backend platform configuration, deliver enhancements and new process builds, and develop/maintain Adobe Workfront Fusion automations and integrations. This role partners closely with Process Excellence, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable Workfront configurations and reliable automations/integrations. Demonstrated experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront (configuration, custom forms, automation patterns, and maintaining configuration documentation). Hands-on experience building Workfront Fusion scenarios for integrations and workflow automation, including troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. Comfortable implementing automation triggers using webhooks (HTTP calls triggered by events) when appropriate. Ability to independently translate business requirements into workable technical designs and configured solutions Workfront and Fusion certifications desired 3+ years of Workfront and Fusion experience preferred 3+ years managing configuration of platform tools Roles & Responsibilities Workfront platform configuration Build, maintain, and update Workfront configuration and preferences, including setup and structural administration (e.g., groups, governance-oriented configuration, and platform preferences). Configure and enhance workflow components such as custom forms, creating and managing fields, automation & business rules, and related configuration to meet evolving operational needs. Drive system optimization through iterative improvements to templates/process patterns and scalable configuration standards. Produce and maintain applicable configuration documentation to support governance, auditability and overall reference documents. Reporting and dashboard configuration for Audit, Risk, MACX leadership and MACX teams and individual users Bi-Weekly production deployments, managing schedules, creating packages and managing deployment documentation, typically occurring off hours in addition to regularly scheduled hours. Configure and enhancement Proofing and Approval workflows and templates. Enhancements & new process builds Translate requirements from Process Excellence and translate them into configured solutions (new workflows, new routing logic, enhancements, etc. to existing delivery processes). Develop new templates/process and logic for scalable configuration across new process, and where applicable for AI usage Design solutions that improve standardization, reduce manual effort, and enable better operational visibility through Workfront configuration. Workfront Fusion automation & integrations Design, develop, test, and deploy Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate workflows and connect Workfront with other sys tems. Configure Fusion scenarios to connect multiple applications - including Proofing - and streamline data processes, including data mapping, transformation, filtering, and validation. Implement event-driven automation patterns using webhooks (HTTP event calls) and instant triggers where appropriate.
