We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packers to join a busy distribution warehouse specializing in coffee pods and coffee maker machines. Packers will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, inspecting items for accuracy and quality, and ensuring orders are properly packaged for distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can meet daily productivity goals.

Job Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect products for damage and verify items before packaging.
• Pack coffee pods, coffee maker machines, and related products according to established procedures.
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Organize completed orders and stage packages for shipping.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Previous warehouse, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
