Maintenance Technician

Now hiring for a Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Location: Blytheville, AR

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift 3:00-11:30 p.m. OT as available as needed

Help keep production moving through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on steel processing equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

* Maintain motors, conveyors, bearings, belts, and gearboxes

* Troubleshoot motors, controls, and sensors

* Perform welding and fabrication as needed

* Support production during equipment breakdowns

* Follow lockout/tagout procedures and improve equipment reliability

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* Experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment

* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

* Ability to use hand and power tools and read basic mechanical diagrams

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Flexibility for schedule changes and occasional travel

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, PLC-controlled equipment, schematics, slitters, cut-to-length lines, or material handling equipment is a plus. Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred!
