PHARMACY TECHNICIANTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTSt. Ignatius The successful applicant for all levels must possess a valid drivers license. Must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630; the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. For Level 1 (Entry/Trainee) Pharmacy Technicians are required to get a Montana Provisional Certified Pharmacy Technician license within thirty (30) days of starting the position, and a Montana Certified Pharmacy Technician license within eighteen (18) months of starting the position. For Level 2 (Certified Technician) Pharmacy Technicians require a nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification, a Montana Certified Pharmacy Technician license, and a minimum of one (1) years of applicable pharmacy technician experience. For Level 3 (Advanced/Specialist) Pharmacy Technicians require nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification, a Certified Montana Pharmacy Technician license AND a minimum of five (5) years of applicable pharmacy technician experience OR hold an Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (CP hT-Adv) credential. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, subject to random testing, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $16.63 - $28.05 per hour DOE, plus benefits (Health ins, Life ins, Retirement, long term disability, and personal time off), may be employed under contract.
