Technical Lead, Reliability Pod - (employer: Twin Health, Inc.; job location: U.S. remote) - Responsible for the production incident lifecycle from detection through resolution and post-mortem. Responsible for the on-call process, including scheduling, runbook maintenance, and process improvement. Maintain L2 operations to meet response and resolution service-level agreements. Configure and tune alerting to improve signal quality and reduce alert fatigue. Build and maintain API performance and monitoring dashboards aligned to team objectives. Develop and maintain playbooks for critical service domains. Lead scripting and automation initiatives that reduce repetitive operational work. Identify and drive adoption of tools that improve team efficiency. Coach team members and provide timely feedback and course-correction. Communicate across teams on reliability dependencies and escalate proactively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: troubleshooting complex production issues and conducting end-to-end root-cause analysis; managing the production incident lifecycle from detection through resolution and post-incident review; operating production support functions to meet response- and resolution-time service-level agreements; administering on-call processes, including scheduling, escalation, and runbook maintenance; analyzing logs, metrics, and trace data using observability tooling; building and maintaining monitoring and performance dashboards aligned to service-level objectives; configuring and tuning alerting to improve signal quality and reduce alert fatigue; developing scripting and automation to reduce repetitive operational work; application-level troubleshooting across cloud infrastructure and container-orchestration environments; and analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting relational database (RDBMS) queries.
