Your Internship:

As an Intern on the Client Services team, you will play an
active role in helping clients successfully adopt and utilize Yardi's property
management software. You will gain exposure to day-to-day software support for
financial accounting as well as implementation projects. With training from our
corporate learning team and guidance from experienced professionals, you will
develop technical expertise, strengthen your client-facing skills, and build a
strong foundation for a career in technology, consulting, or the PropTech
industry. This role follows a hybrid work schedule.

Your Impact:

• A typical day as an intern with our Client Services
  team:
• Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products and
  services.
• Partner with Technical Account Management team during client
  training sessions related to new software upgrades and
  functionality.
• Provide amazing customer support while learning to assist
  clients with troubleshooting software concerns.
• Assists in the support of client software installation and
  configuration.
• Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members
  across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in
  Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General
  Business.
• Great people skills and the ability to be personable and
  professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Essential customer service skills and commitment to go the
  extra mile.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively
  follow processes.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learn
  new concepts.
• Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities
  comfortably.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience in Property Management Software Solutions
• Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to
  SQL and/or MS Access
