We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented Creative Operations & Traffic Specialist to manage day-to-day creative production for a fast-paced, high-volume in-house creative agency.

Working 20-25 hours per week in close partnership with the Head of the Agency, you will serve as the operational backbone of the team. Your primary mission is to step into an established digital workspace, take the reins on 60-80 active projects, ensure deliverables move seamlessly across creative and product design workflows, and keep production on track.

What You'll Do

  • Own End-to-End Traffic Management: Active oversight of a high volume of projects (60-80 open tasks) spanning creative design, content, development, and UX capabilities.
  • Triage & Capacity Routing: Field incoming reactive requests, assess team capacity, and assign work using established processes and templates in Asana.
  • Hold the Line on Deliverables: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, follow up with cross-functional teams, and confidently push back on unrealistic timelines or sudden scope changes.
  • Maintain Operational Visibility: Keep project management boards and status dashboards pristine so leadership has a real-time view of project health.
  • Provide Trusted Coverage: Ramp up quickly to run day-to-day traffic operations autonomously, ensuring seamless continuity during upcoming peak holiday periods.

About You (Requirements)

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Solid background as a Traffic Manager, Creative Project Manager, or Creative Operations Specialist in a fast-paced agency, in-house corporate studio, or agile environment.
  • Asana Power-User: Deep, hands-on experience in Asana is a day-one must. You know how to navigate templates, manage task dependencies, and keep workspaces clean and organized.
  • Assertive & Diplomatic: You are comfortable holding team members and external stakeholders accountable, asking the right questions to get projects unstuck, and protecting creative bandwidth with confidence and tact.
  • Fluency in Creative & Design Rhythms: You understand the difference between traditional creative production cycles and product design/UX workflows (and where they hand off to one another).
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable collaborating in environments utilizing Figma, Slack, Jira, and digital proofing platforms.
