About USCS
US Chemical Storage designs and builds prefabricated, code-compliant storage buildings for hazardous materials, chemicals, lithium batteries and other regulated products. Based in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, and part of the Justrite Group, we serve customers across manufacturing, energy, government, life sciences and more. Our product lines include FireLoc, ChemLoc, DrumLoc, SuperLoc, TurfLoc, DynaLoc, and modular buildings. We sell configure-to-order and engineer-to-order solutions that meet NFPA, EPA, OSHA and FM Approvals requirements, through direct, rep, distributor and government channels.
What you'll do
Prospect new verticals
- Build and work target account lists with Marketing in data centers, defense, cannabis, EV/battery manufacturing and pharma
- Run a daily outbound cadence of calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to EHS managers, facility and plant managers, engineers, architects and contractors
- Learn each vertical's storage applications, buyers and code drivers (NFPA, IFC, EPA) well enough to start a credible conversation
Own inbound lead response
- Respond to web, trade show and distributor leads within 4 business hours
- Qualify need, application, timeline, budget and decision process before handoff
Create opportunities for field sales
- Set first meetings and hand sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to field reps with complete notes in the CRM
- Quote standard configure-to-order units directly where appropriate
- Follow up on handed-off leads so nothing stalls between first call and quote
Feed the business
- Share what you learn about applications, codes, buyers and competitors with Marketing and Engineering
- Keep CRM activity, pipeline and lead status accurate and current
- Support trade shows and campaigns with pre-show outreach and post-show follow-up
