Housekeeping Aide

Full-Time Housekeeper Dunmore Plantation, LLC (Assisted Living & Alzheimer's Care)

Dunmore Plantation, LLC, an Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Care Home licensed by the State of North Carolina, is seeking dedicated full-time Housekeeping Staff. This position supports our mission to provide a clean, comfortable, and dignified living environment for older adults and individuals living with Alzheimer's disease. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high sanitation standards.

Hours: Day Shift, 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Duties:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in common areas, resident suites, bathrooms, closets, and storage areas, ensuring spaces are sanitary and welcoming.
• Maintain orderly, clutter-free living areas and outdoor gathering spaces to promote safety and accessibility for residents and staff.
• Consistently achieve and document a sanitation grade of 95 or above by following established cleaning checklists and protocols.
• Coordinate with nursing and care staff to respect resident schedules and personal belongings while completing cleaning tasks.
• Follow all Home Policies and Procedures, including those for infection control, resident privacy, and safe chemical usage.
