Full-Time Personal Care Aide & Medication Technician (Med Tech)

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Full-Time Personal Care Aides and Med Techs to join our experienced caregiving team. In this role you will provide daily hands-on assistance to residents to support independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Typical duties include feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with mobility and transfers. You will also maintain a comfortable, clean, and safe home environment for residents, follow individualized care plans, and communicate changes in condition to supervisory staff.

Med Tech Responsibilities: Administer medications per resident physician orders and facility medication policies, document medication administration accurately, observe and report any adverse effects or changes, and participate in medication inventory and safety procedures. Med techs will also perform the duties of Personal Care Aides when needed.

All staff must complete and maintain annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to comply with North Carolina Adult Care Home Regulations. We provide required training including PCA certification, med-tech certification, CPR and First Aid, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 5: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, three and a half days per week, with every other weekend.
• Night Shift: 5: 00 pm - 5: 00 am, three and a half days per week, with every other weekend.
