Aquent is seeking a detail-driven, proactive Creative Project Manager for a freelance engagement with one of our premier enterprise clients-a nationally recognized Fortune 500 consumer brand.

The best project managers don't just chase deadlines-they anticipate needs, unblock roadblocks, and set creative teams up for success. In this role, you will lead end-to-end production planning and project management for multi-channel social and influencer marketing initiatives. You'll sit at the intersection of internal strategy teams, creative talent, legal partners, and external production agencies to deliver high-visibility campaigns on time and on brand.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full production cycle for social and influencer content across all major channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)-from creative brief through delivery and publishing.
  • Production Planning & Logistics: Build realistic workback schedules covering concept development, creator briefing, pre-production, video/photo shoots, post-production, revision cycles, and platform formatting. Coordinate talent, locations, crew, equipment, and product/vehicle assets.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination: Act as the primary operational point of contact for external social, influencer, and production agency partners. Align on scopes of work, estimates, and deliverables during kickoff, leading recurring syncs through final delivery.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Partner with in-house creative directors, social strategists, brand leads, and legal teams to streamline feedback, route approvals, and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Workflow & Status Tracking: Maintain visibility across active workstreams by creating and updating project boards (via monday.com or similar), proactively identifying risks, and communicating status to senior stakeholders.
  • QA & Brand Compliance: Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, channel-specific requirements, and FTC disclosure/usage rights guidelines prior to handoff.

What You Bring

  • 4-7 years of experience in creative project management or creative operations within an agency, in-house brand, or fast-paced creative studio.
  • Production Expertise: Hands-on experience managing video and social production schedules, shoot logistics, and post-production workflows.
  • Tool Proficiency: Solid working proficiency with monday.com (or equivalent enterprise PM tools like Asana, Workfront, or ClickUp) building and running workflow boards.
  • Agency Management: Proven background aligning scopes of work, estimates, and deliverables with external agency and creator partners.
  • Autonomy: Strong ability to onboard quickly, operate independently, and navigate ambiguity in a contract/freelance capacity.
  • Influencer & Social Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with influencer marketing operations (creator briefs, talent usage rights, FTC guidelines) and technical asset requirements for native organic social platforms.
