Computer Systems Architect - Lead Enterprise/Cloud Architect

Enterprise and cloud architecture; AWS; Amazon Connect; Lex; API Gateway; Lambda and serverless patterns; containers; networking; IAM; observability; resilience; FedRAMP environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Functions as technical architect for the engagement. Leads current state architecture discovery and development of the vendor neutral target architecture covering channel, telecommunications, network, contact center, cloud, AI, integration, data, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, observability, resilience and operations layers. Develops logical, physical, deployment and integration architecture views. Evaluates technical alternatives and documents architecture decisions, dependencies, constraints, scalability requirements and transition approaches. Leads technical evaluation of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and approved CCaaS technologies and ensures recommendations are driven by the government program requirements rather than vendor preference.
