Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * End-user hardware asset or IT asset management experience * Complete lifecycle knowledge from order to disposal * ServiceNow HAM/ITAM or equivalent asset repository experience * Stockroom, buffer inventory, reconciliation, and physical validation knowledge * Chain-of-custody, wiping, recycling, disposal, and audit knowledge Roles & Responsibilities * Maintain accurate hardware asset records throughout the lifecycle * Manage tagging, status, location, ownership, assignment, and custody * Track approved orders, receipt, registration, and acceptance * Coordinate stockroom, deployment, moves, swaps, upgrades, and replacements * Track recovery from leavers, contractors, and failed-device users * Coordinate redeployment, retirement, secure wiping, recycling, and disposal * Maintain auditable chain-of-custody and completion evidence * Perform system reconciliation and coordinate physical validation * Produce inventory, utilization, aging, compliance, and exception reports * Implement approved workflow and automation improvements Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Clear communication and stakeholder coordination * Analytical troubleshooting and structured problem solving * Documentation, SOP, runbook, and knowledge-sharing discipline * Ownership, SLA focus, teamwork, and continuous improvement
