Hydraulic Engineer IV

Job Description:

A Hydraulic Engineer, level IV, with 6 or more years of oil and gas pipeline experience.

• Temporary position, assignment will end after 12 months
• Work standard 5/8 schedule, with FlexWork option for two days of WFH (Wednesday & Friday).
• This is an "Operations Type" role and is not "Project Type" work.
• The candidate must have technical understanding of natural gas pipeline systems and gas flow, as well as broad knowledge of gas pipeline hydraulic simulation.
• Candidate must be willing to work in fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.
• Software program experience desired: FlowDesk, NextGen, WinFlow, or Synergi Gas
• It is preferred for the candidate to have knowledge of SCADA systems and client assets, a Professional Engineering designation, as well as experience with Gas Control, Scheduling, outage coordination, or Design.
