Key Responsibilities

* Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CAD drawings to assemble equipment accurately (training provided)

* Assemble fans, motors, burners, gas trains, and other critical system components

* Operate water jet equipment to cut insulation and prepare materials for assembly

* Safely operate forklifts, overhead lifting devices, and material handling equipment

* Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build products to specification

* Complete quality and production checklists to ensure every unit meets our high standards

* Verify measurements and dimensions using tape measures and other measuring devices

* Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work area

* Work closely with teammates to meet production goals and customer commitments

* Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness

* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday
• Ability to follow instructions, standard work procedures, and quality requirements
• Experience using hand and power tools

Preferred:

• Assembly, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, HVAC, or metal fabrication experience
• Experience reading blueprints or CAD drawings
• Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as cold saws, iron workers, shears, or press brakes
