The responsibilities of the Account Manager consist of sales, managing partner experience, proactively developing the current client base and improving client management systems and processes. This is a sales role - the Account Manager is expected to achieve annual sales targets.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Increase distribution of Donuts TLD portfolio and products by building mutually beneficial relationships with North American Registrars, Resellers and Web Enablement Providers

  • Manage customer relationships to drive recurring revenue growth

  • Execute detailed marketing agreements with strategic partners

  • Help define, implement, gather and maintain metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales program, with the goal of refining go-forward activities

  • Consistently achieve/exceed revenue targets and KPIs

  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally

Skills & Experience & Education:

  • 2 years in a client facing role as account management, sales or marketing

  • Experience meeting and exceeding campaign goals/objectives

  • Ability to think strategically and analyze client needs

  • Practical experience managing and building client relationships

  • Domain industry experience preferred

  • SEM Experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
