Unit Description Sodexo is seeking a Multi eXPress Manager 1 for Mountainside Medical Center, located in Montclair, New Jersey. Mountainside is part of the Hackensack Meridian Health and Ardent Health System joint venture. Mountainside is 325 bed Acute Care Facility. The successful candidate will have outstanding patient and client customer service skills, and excellent knowledge of Patient Transport and electronic transport. Will manage a staff of 19 client union employees. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas |
