The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (Prorated Based On Weekly Schedule) The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Maintenance Technician I that will, under general supervision, perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance duties involving in the inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair within all CCH residential communities, while also becoming familiar with the large diversity of systems and practices within the department. Duties for this role include such tasks as work orders, general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance installation/repair, custodial functions, complete unit turnovers, etc. while always ensuring all safety and operational standards. As experience is gained, the assigned tasks will become more diversified and performed under less general supervision. This position is located at various locations in the Denver Metro area and reports to the Property Manager.
