About Your team O'Reilly is looking to bring on an outstanding Group Product Manager that cares deeply about creating digital learning experiences that help our users excel, highlight the depth of our talent networks and help prepare the world for what's coming next. Our product team is focused on growing our SaaS business by helping over 2.5M professionals learn by doing; whether that is reading a book from a practitioner, trying out code in a sandbox, or attending a live training. Your role will be to manage a thematically focused group of product managers to execute on optimizing the learning experience within our platform that serves structured learning and outcomes. Join our growing team as we take the platform to the next level. About the Job Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the Group Product Manager role focuses on executing the strategy and managing a team focused on the delivery of cohesive content experiences within our learning platform. Help our customers find the content they should be paying attention to with pathing and features that enhance the value and usability of our offering. The ultimate goal is to build sophisticated learning products that increase engagement and help our users meet their goals. You will be part of a larger product team that aligns business and growth needs with overall platform strategies meaning you will have to be flexible with your tactics and direction to make sure that customer, departmental, and company goals are achieved. As a part of this role, you'll work very closely with the Vice President of Product to understand the company vision and how the platform strategy fits into the long-term objectives for the company. You will work with and learn from a wide range of practitioners from disciplines in editorial, instructional design, product design, product marketing, project management, finance, data science, and more.
