About the Role

In this role, you will join a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast paced environment focused on creating a superior and inclusive candidate experience for Donuts. Working in Talent Acquisition is so much more than filling jobs, you will be a champion of both the business and talent. Working in close partnership with our hiring managers and People Team you will ensure that both our candidates and employees have a successful and positive interview experience. Location of this position is flexible. Candidates located in the greater Seattle, Los Angeles or Denver areas are desired.

What You'll Do

  • Amplify the company vision and culture to inspire a diverse pool of talent of qualified candidates.

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide variety of searches and functions. Conduct proactive sourcing to build a pipeline for future talent needs.

  • Develop interest among passive and active candidates through sharing the company story, vision, mission and values. Generate awareness through community outreach and strategic networking.

  • Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies and deliver high caliber, diverse talent to support the growth of Donuts Inc.

  • Drive a consistent and inclusive candidate interview experience. Be proactive at all phases of the relationship, including treating candidates we do not have a place for at this time with the utmost respect and dignity.

  • Seek out and leverage industry, competitor, and other business trends to keep us ahead of the competition in our sourcing techniques. Translate market trends into actionable solutions.

  • Engage and coach hiring managers to create a positive, inclusive experience for all candidates.

  • Assess candidates for technical ability and what they will bring to our culture. Contribute to the development of assessments when necessary to evaluate relevant competencies and job criteria.

  • Complete initial candidate screens, interviews and references as required.

  • Work with People Team partners and hiring managers develop and deliver compelling offer packages. Facilitate offer letter and background check processes.

  • Other related duties may be assigned.

  • Able to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service and work in a focused team environment.

  • Excellent communicator to all audiences and business partners.

  • Curious and knowledgeable of the external market and shifts within relevant industries.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Five plus years full-cycle recruiting experience preferably within a tech company

  • Experience with Google Suite, ADP/Clear Company or other ATS are highly desirable
