Unit Description Grow your career and develop a team that shares your desire to make a difference Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager at United States Marine Corps Mess Hall 227 - Camp Lejeune Installation, North Carolina. Mess Hall 227 is one of the crown jewel Mess Hall's of the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Mess Hall 227 feeds approximately 10,000 - 14,000 meals per week. This Food Service Production Manager position is a permanent position. Responsibilities include: * Oversee the food service program. * FOH & BOH * Manage a team of 60 Sodexo and 40 subcontracted employees (included FOH and BOH) * Some weekends and holidays will be required. Managers rotate. The successful candidate will be:
have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
