Marketing Project Coordinator (Remote)

The Opportunity

The Marketing Project Coordinator shall act as a liaison between the graphic design team and other departments/clients. As a marketing project coordinator, one will, as needed, make decisions as they relate to the project at hand. This role also requires decision-making capabilities to create a high-quality deliverable, within a condensed timeframe. Decisions should be based on the established needs of the client and the business. Additionally, the marketing project coordinator must be a self-starter and shall take ownership of ensuring that graphic design project deadlines are met and adhered to.

What it takes to be successful in this role



  • Minimum HS or GED
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in graphic design, digital art and layout.
  • Strong knowledge and competency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat in a PC environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Outstanding time management. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic to meet daily workflow deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage expectations of customers with strong personalities.
  • Experience working with offshore teams preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CMS system(s).
  • Commercial Real Estate experience highly preferred.
  • Review and assign Tier One custom BOV, Proposal, or Offering Memorandum requests;
  • Ensure projects flow through group in a timely manner;
  • Work with requestors on checklist coordination for kickoff calls. Attend kickoff calls as necessary;
  • Present projects to design team to assign a designer;
  • Communicate with designers throughout the day to assess availability and bandwidth;
  • Create Marketing Planner Cards for all custom projects, ensure Planner Cards are maintained;
  • Be the contact for internal clients (requestors) regarding marketing / graphic design projects;
  • Manage the Marketing Queue. Ensure project requests are complete and are assigned and completed in a timely manner;
  • Graphic Design projects as necessary;
  • Communicate with Graphic Design Manager daily to ensure success of the team as a whole.
  • Other duties as assigned.
