We will be looking to you to develop and execute the corridor-specific strategic plans across channels and brands in partnership with Regional and Channel Leaders that will include collaborating across the organization for buy-in and execution. You will manage the revenue, profit, customer, and market share for a specifically assigned corridor(s). You'll function in a matrixed environment, partnering with the business development, retail, and digital go-to-market teams, and in-country teams to implement the strategy. You will develop deep knowledge of the customer segment, market, and industry, and provide insights on demand patterns, competitive offerings, and behavior that will develop the omnichannel product offerings including value proposition, features, functionality, and pricing. You'll have an emphasis on the consumer and will provide greater insights and understanding of the respective consumers and then leverage this knowledge through marketing and business development initiatives in both retail and digital.

For such a detailed-oriented role, you will have 10 years of experience in developing and executing strategies in corridors. You will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence individuals and teams by using relationship-building and presentation skills. You will be an advanced user of Microsoft Suite and be organized to fully execute plans. You'll be a strategic and creative thinker to develop concepts that deliver results and handle the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The on-target earnings range is $189,519.65 - $315,866.25, which includes a base salary of $135,371.25 - $225,618.75, short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
