Parkhill is looking to add to the Design Technology team for the Architecture side. Candidates enjoy teaching others why design standards are crucial to excellence and consistently exploring new and more efficient processes for current and future practice.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years AutoCAD and Revit related architectural design experience and a demonstrated progression of technical knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Familiar with applications for deployment and customization including programming and scripting (Revit API and Dynamo).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners in our markets (contractors, owners, etc.) to maximize the effectiveness of our process.
  • Engage in Autodesk University and other learning communities as a thought leader and participant.
  • Work with the Design Technology team to develop and maintain BIM processes.
  • Implement and complete BIM execution planning, project setup, and on-going BIM support on projects.
  • Develop robust BIM support through representation committees and individuals internal to the firm to coordinate and maintain family libraries/templates/API/etc. for all disciplines.
  • Work with the Design Technology Director to test software.
  • Develop and implement Parkhill standards, processes, and procedures and perform QA/QC audits of BIM models for standardization and enforcement of standards.
  • Development of robust BIM support through representative committees and individuals internal to the firm to coordinate and maintain family libraries, templates, API, etc. for all disciplines.
  • Develop training and education plans for new employee orientation on Parkhill standards for BIM software and use.
  • Develop and maintain office masters, edit for specific projects AIA document related to BIM use and Digital Data templates.
