About this Position:

The Honda Federal Credit Union provides quality financial services to members of the Honda Family.

The purpose of the Sr. MSR position is to understand, perform, and troubleshoot a variety of Member Services such as process and record routine transactions, open and close accounts, process consumer R/E loan applications, file disputes, and assist members with any questions or concerns in relation to their account.

Responsibilities include:



  • Assisting members in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
  • Cross Selling HFCU products and services for the benefit of the member, while keeping in mind the business
  • Working within a team to accomplish the overall goals/products/services required



Qualifications

Who we are seeking:



  • Familiarity and ability to review credit reports
  • Consumer lending experience
  • Commitment to quality member service


Required Work Experience:



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience and sales skills within a financial institution
  • Strong ability to work in a multi-task environment
  • Strong customer service communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to learn multiple systems to perform daily work
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs


Required Education:



  • High School Diploma/GED
