You'll talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. We'll take you through our paid training and proven marketing methodology to ensure your success! You'll follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps and earn a great wage, plus bonus and commissions. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
